Formentor Fortress
It is a fortification built in 1624 at the end of the old Punta d'Albercutx as a defensive bulwark against the Saracens and North African pirates.
It has an architecture similar to a medieval castle and great nature that, added to the spectacular views of the sea and the coast, being a strategic military point, make up the perfect setting for a wedding.
The property has absolute privacy and can be accessed by land, sea and air. Therefore, it has its own heliport and two private coves. In addition, due to its origin, the house is connected to the local military aerodrome.
Thus, the Fortress covers 87,350 square meters, of which 1,427 are terraces from which we can observe the incredible views of the sea and 1,100 of majestic gardens, with palm, olive and pine trees, while the built land covers approximately 2,000 square meters, distributed between the historic castle that gives it its name and six houses that surround it along with spacious, well-kept terraces, two swimming pools, two coves and a heliport, in a structure reminiscent of a small town in its distribution.
All the buildings have been renovated in the last 15 years and have 17 bedrooms. Regarding capacity, outdoors it is 300 guests and indoors 100.
Cap Rocat
Cap Rocat is a construction excavated from its bowels of sandstone and, at first, it was thought to be a military fortress. However, it never performed such a role.
Today, it is an architectural complex that houses the Hotel Cap Rocat and is located in the most private area of the bay of Palma.
It is a Protected Natural Area of 30 hectares with 2 km of coastline with crystal clear waters known for its posidonia meadows and its richness in biodiversity. It was declared a National Monument and an Asset of Cultural Interest.
Likewise, Cap Rocat is also a Special Protection Area for Birds (ZEPA), which allows us to enjoy the spectacle of the flight of a multitude of species over our sky.

Mhares beach club
Mhares is located in the coastal area of Majorca and forms part of the Palma Bay Marine Reserve, created by the Inter-Insular General Council in 1982. In the reserve there are two characteristic ecosystems of the Mediterranean coastal bottoms: Posidonia meadows and the sandy bottoms, with their characteristic fauna.

The Finca, from the years after the conquest of Majorca by James I in 1229 and for more than 700 years belonged to the Gual de Torrella family. In 1956 Alfonso Vivo i Triay bought La Morneta as a wedding present for his daughter Leonor Vivó i Squella with Nicolás Morell i Cotoner. Thus, La Moreneta is impregnated with a halo of mystery and legend with almost 1,000 years of tradition on the island of Mallorca and some 3,000 years of history in the land that surrounds it.
Due to its age, it was meticulously renovated respecting the original character and taking care of even the smallest detail between 2008 and 2010.
